​The Immersive Art Collective’s goal is to provide a welcoming, safe experience for all of our patrons, and a healthy and respectful environment for our members. This Code of Conduct outlines the behavior we expect from both patrons and members.

• We are committed to maintaining an environment free from racism, discrimination, bigotry, and harassment.

• We expect all patrons and members to commit with us in fostering our values of respect, kindness, and inclusion.  We will not tolerate intentionally unruly or disruptive behavior prior to, during, or after performances.

• We will not tolerate disruptive behavior or harassment from collective members towards fellow artists or patrons.

• Members and patrons must be respectful of our venue premises and property. We will not tolerate destructive behavior in our space, or any type of harassment towards event artists or staff.

• We will not tolerate offensive language and obscene gestures, fighting, throwing objects, and engaging in other behavior detrimental to the safety and enjoyment of everyone.

• Patrons and members must drink alcoholic beverages responsibly.

• Patrons and members must utilize the designated external smoking areas (including the use of e-cigarettes and vaping).

• Everyone, including law enforcement personnel not present in an official capacity, is prohibited from bringing weapons into our venues. Anyone found in possession of a weapon will be asked to remove the item from the venue or dispose of it. 

• Patrons who violate the Code of Conduct may be subject to ejection without a ticket refund, and/or refused admittance to future events.    

• IAC may revoke membership at any time if a member has violated our Code of Conduct

If you observe anyone violating our code of conduct during a live event, please immediately report this to the event manager onsite.
 

If you observe a member violating our code of conduct outside of a live event, please email our Community Manager at tosca@immersiveartcollective.org
