A native of Detroit, MI, Amy (she/her) is a performing artist who specializes in comedy and drag. Since 2009, she has played in numerous cabaret shows, event features, and festivals as the drag king “Spacee Kadett,” gaining international recognition for her short-form productions, theatrical comedy, and gender illusion. She has lived in Los Angeles since 2016. Offstage, Amy has been a teacher, mentor, and youth advocate for over two decades. She holds a Master of Arts in Teaching and currently works in residential treatment for foster and at-risk youth. Amy embraces the power of healing through art and humor, and is honored to share this gift as a member of IAC.
