Emma’s (she/her) journey into hypnotherapy started with her own work to overcome deep childhood traumas. After years of cognitive therapy, she felt there was more to explore and she’d hit a wall. Thankfully, Emma was introduced to hypnotherapy and she began to get to the core of her problems. This work was so transformative that she decided to become a Certified Hypnotherapist herself.
While Emma’s previous career as an Art Director may seem unrelated, she finds her creative side is invaluable for the guided imagery she uses in her sessions. She’s able to visualize the scene and describe the imagery so vividly that it helps create an immersive experience for her clients. This helps them get to the depth needed to really get in touch with the subconscious and make transformative change.
Having experienced a childhood filled with instability and abuse, Emma knows how impactful this can be throughout life. It doesn’t define who you are; you just need the right tools to reset your path. Emma’s desire to help people on that path to become the happiest, healthiest, most true version of themselves is what drives her, and the Immersive Art Collective provides the opportunity for her to share her talents.
