Libby Rose (she/her) is an immersive theater actor. She’s always had a passion for the performing arts but really found solace and comfort in yoga as a regular practice. Shortly after taking her first yoga class, she embarked on a 200-hour yoga teacher training journey and learned numerous skills and philosophies to aid in life. Moving the body, practicing mindfulness, and doing deep breathing are factors of healing, and Libby will gladly guide you through this as a practice. She says to always strive for your passions while remembering to always make time to take care of yourself.
